I went to their physical store to have my laptop fix however when i chose to pull it out since they're requiring me to buy some parts of the laptop which i don't think it's necessary, they still asked me to pay a diagnostic fee given the fact that they haven't done something on it. Also, it took them like a week to advise me what's wrong on it but what I am really disappointed about was, when i checked my laptop, some part of it's keyboard was broken and it has a lot of scratches at the back like they're forcing to open it. If I could rate this shop to zero i already did!

The app says its open but it’s close. We came all the way from Maramag carrying a 10kg sewing machine to be fixed and it was close. What an inconvenience.
