So I am not the only one having bad experience with this branch. Employees does not have good verbaige. Also giving wrong information contradicting BDO’s website.

One teller was very rude. I was about to open an account when she went on and lectured me about opening one, talking about how unreliable students are on opening one. She didn't even give me a chance to speak, god madam, i know i'm a still a student, but i'm also a customer and i think i deserve a little bit of respect.

Poorly unmanaged staff !!! the length of the queue but at the same time as the tellers. Then head off and talk about less than 1 hr without lunch. I can see some incompetent management here.
