When My dad was admitted to this hospital last year and spent 34 days including 13 days in the ICU. I could not speak highly of this hospital just because the last day of my father when he had the heart attacked I could not believed that for fifteen minutes while I was administering CPR to my dad, I have to asked if someone is giving him epinephrine. The code team was disorganized, they don't even know where to get their suction equipment. Sadly, I lost my dad. Today, I am looking for a lawyer to file litigation to this hospital for negligence and lack of consciousness. Even a simple instruction to update the patient or their family regarding plan of care is lacking. Very disappointed. I feel that the management is so laid back about the protocol and importance of patients health and well being. I paid ludicrous amount of money for a zero star service.

Wait wasn't too long though nobody to tell you what to do or where to go. Staff weren't the friendliest (especially in the pharmacy area). At least I was seen without prior appointment though for 450 pesos. Hopefully whatever they prescribed me will work!

Clean, good service and kind staff. Approachable security guard, parking lot space and very organize place.
