Staff was nice, and as always here in Philliphines, the elevators are not operating. There is a karaoke bar in the hotel open til about 3am. So be aware.. It is centrally located in downtown. Room was large for the size of TV. One of the best rooms as of cleanliness I've had.

Budget hotel close to the city center. Nice room, prompt service, free breakfast and shuttle to airport or bus terminal. Elevator does not work :(

Nothing special but I'm rating this for value for money. The rooms are old but large. Staff were friendly enough and check-in and check-out was efficient. Foreigners probably won't want to take the free breakfast and there is a lack of eating options nearby (aside from fast food) now that Max's has closed down in the lobby. Limited parking spaces and the elevator has been out of service for more than six months. Was okay for a quick overnight stay but will probably try somewhere different next time.

During our stay, theres an ongoing construction and the elevator is under maintenance. Good thing we are on the 2nd foor. The interior is nice.

Friendly Staff, Understanding Chef (requested for separate frying oil for my non-pork meal) but noisy Hotel at 10 pm due to the Bar
