Rooms are priced slightly at the higher end but the rooms are spacious and clean enough. Wish the internet was a bit faster or more stable but it's better than nothing. Free breakfast. Food is okay. All in all, not bad.

The room was very clean. (Beddings, towels, closet) I can't complain. Very satisfied with what we've got. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city's commercial district. Access to restaurants and shops was so convenient. Oh! Before I forget. Hotel guests should try their in house restaurant located on the 2nd floor. The food they serve is excellent. Delicious!

Decent hotel. Comfy mattress, and pillows, spacious and well-maintained rooms, attentive and corteous staff. Very well managed even if it's an old building the staff have been able to keep everything neat and tidy unlike other hotels here in Tuguegarao. Tasty food at the restaurant, too and reasonably priced. Peaceful even though you're right in the middle of the busyness of the city. Worth a mention that there's no fridge in the room but other than that, theyve pretty much got everything.

Very clean hotel, nice and beautiful setup with a caring staff. The breakfast was pretty good and it's in a decent part of the town, would visit again.
