The place is clean, with friendly staff. The WIFI is good too, although you need to get a password in the front desk every 24 hours. Just be sure to bring your own toiletries.

Pros 1. Hotel rates are affordable. Less than 900 per room per night for 2 persons and 2 kids thru agoda is cheap. 2. Hotel is located at the heart of the city and you can easily access establishments. Cons 1. There is no lock in the comfort room. 2. They will ask to deposit 500 even if the stay is already paid. 3. Noise from the hallway can be heard in the rooms. 4. No toiletries other than toothbrush was provided.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Will book there again should I come back to Tuguegarao!

The location is best. Staff are polite. Hotel facilities are average. Would help to improve if fittings of the restrooms be upgraded.
