i love this place very accomodating staff, good food, nice place to stay when you are in tuguegarao city.. near at public market, church and other necessities...

We stayed at hotel elinas for four days .. its location was actually good it's in the heart of the city the staff was nice the food is great.. the room is a lil bit old and paint is fading but we can deal with it it's factuall when your renting a hotel for a 1,300php a day the real thing which annoys us is when the turn off the water heater after 9 am so if your roomatr leave early you should jump into the shower or else your bathing in an iced cold water alike.. the other thing when you go outside leaving the aircon open they will turn it off they have a control over the aircon below at the 1st floor tuguegarao is very humid city compared to other city thats the reason why i'm leaving aircondition on in case you go back well its so relaxing to laydown in bed.. but instead of laying down you will go down at the firstfloor to adk them to switch on aircon power and climb again to 4th floor if your room is in the 4th... im just asking why the hell do they need to turn off the aircon and water heater when your paying the amount they are charging you.. this is for hotel elinas only... i suggest visitors should try other hotels i woud'nt reccomend this one... by the way they had no intercom in the room you gotta go down to if your requesting something it's so pathetic..
