Hotel is ok, but caught 2 cockroaches. Pillow have cockroaches smell, shower head is stuck. The rest is ok

Room is clean. Rest rooms in the room should be improved. Breakfast service is slow even if staff already asked your preferred time for breakfast. And even there were 4 staff already, in the counter area, no one responds when you call their attention to ask for water.
