We booked our room in advance but we were not informed that the pool was not available when we checked in. There was no hot water in the suite room and the room could have been better maintained. It was expensive for what it had to offer.

The service was great, cool and calm and very neat but the only problem was the internet which I could not access in my room properly only good in the lobby.

Once very popular hotel. With pools. Presently gensan is flooded with new hotels But still good. Owner is a foreigner and Indian, very hospitable

good value for price of rooms, good front desk and restaurant staff, large tv and good cable programs, could have given 4 stars but because of poor housekeeping practices - leaking pipes, unmade beds, sheets very seldom changed
