The hotel accommodation in East Asia Royal Hotel was Superb! Hotel Parking is very wide, guards were very polite, hotel front desk receptionist were very accommodating and helpful. Rooms were very pleasing, neat and clean. There are waiting areas and cafeterias inside. There were 7/11 convenience store laundry shop nearby. Hotel is just located in front of a big Mall in GenSan.

Customer Service is good. During quarantine, rules are implemented well.

Nice, clean and comfy place. Breakfast is good. Rooms are not well lit; no ceiling light. They only have lamps. A reading lamp should be provided. Had minor issue with the defective TV, but I appreciate the technician who did every possible way to make it work.
