Comfort rooms are not prioritized. The door/divider of shower room from the toilet area gets easily wet as it is not closed well. No trash bin in the room. While space is good and bed is soft enough, it lacks amenities for business trips. Breakfast selections not wide. They can prepare pancakes and some bacon or other filipino treats.

Worst experience ever! Will never recommend this Hotel. Stay away from them at all cost! The room was full of ants and roaches. The room was also smelly and we even had to upgrade to presidential suite and they double charged my account and neglected to give me back my money. The staff are a bunch of liars. Room was really dirty despite the fact we had to upgrade it to a presidential suite. Such a waste of money! Again, Stay away from this establishment!

Very sorry but the room and breakfast is never worth the price. Just too expensive.

This hotel is really clean. Staff were really nice, they greet us whenever they meet us. Sadly, I didn’t take photos of the room as we were in busy schedule. Airconditioning was really good, we had a great sleep. Breakfast was pretty good too, see the photo I uploded. :) Recommending this hotel if you’re traveling to Koronadal.
