needs to improve so many things. from signage to water heater, wifi and lighting. the host is very friendly and accommodating.

This place is perfect for those who want peace and tranquility. It has a unique garden, in fact it is surrounded by protruding limestone. Smells like pine wood, well built american style place. It has lots of rooms to choose from, a fire place at every floor, CR at every room with hot and cold shower. The place is well kept since the owners frequently visit to relax too. You can organize a small group retreat there, the dinning room can accommodate 30 persons at ones, they have a garden and a secluded parking lot. It is my fourth time to visit Sagada and this is always the place we stay. The Care takers are kind, they give you the feel that your at home.

The place is not for the faint of heart. There's a certain feel in this place that might not be suitable to the superstitious lot. Creepy factor aside, the place has a great view & nice interior. There is a cozy fire place in all 3 floors but judging on is state when I was there, they are rarely lit. They did not bother to light it when I was there even though the entire second floor is booked (it was cold enough to warrant lighting up the fire place but they didn't). Room size is just ok though my room smelled like it wasn't aired out foe quite some time. Easily fixed by opening th windows. Bed is comfortable enough. Given the cheap price of this place and the great view, I would have given them 5 stars if not for the bathrooms. My room's bath was down the hall passing through the dinning area. And the water heater isn't working, so I have to use the bath on the floor below. The toilet is also clogged. The other rooms has shared bath, so if you don't know who is occupying the adjacent room, you will have to double lock the bathroom door on your side. Overall, the place is great. If they can fix the bathroom in the 2nd floor, and maybe add hot water in the sink and not just the shower, (its so hard to brush your teeth with ice cold water) I'll give it a 5 star.
