SLABHOUSE Cafe and Restaurant

Self Service restaurant. Serving was fine vs. price. Their Bangus Sinigang was worth it, if you want hot soup in your rice. I noticed allot of inappropriate signage which very unappealing to customers. All an all, quick lunch to this place was fine but I don't think it's best place to have your dinner.

The food (hamburger with french fries) was delicious. Unfortunately the ambience was not so great. The TV ran at full volume. It was disturbing and it was hard to talk. Besides it was relatively cold because of rain, but the entrance door was permanently open.

Went there because we were curious to taste the "pinakamasarap" (most delicious) civet coffee. Serve time took longer than usual, considering that we only ordered a cup and that there were no other customers. I can say that I have tasted better civet coffees and I'd disagree with their claim to be the most delicious. Based on what I read, they do not prepare it using fresh grounds. Instead, it's prepared on a teabag. Probably why it took long to serve.

Kitchen is open until after 8pm. We ordered their club sandwich which was delicious (made with toasted whole wheat bread).

food is so-so for the price. I ordered the signature slabhouse food. More on fried, my friends ordered adobo, sinigang and tinola which they didnt really liked. They ordered sisig which is also a so-so for the price.
