Service is great BUT i only have concern with the management. Staffs there exchange gossip about the management with their new "duty" time in and out. They don't extend services even requested by clients to the therapists because it's already their off duty by the time the massage session ends (then shares the new policy of the management of groupings with sched) which i think the management must look after it. It reflects the image of the spa especially having less therapists in the evening/after office hours when there is a potential demand. I think its a matter of flexibility and if there is no one on the management side overseeing the operation of the spa and "only" them decides... That may cause a big problem in the future.

Ok na sana kaso one therapist (i think a senior therapist) made a face when she learned i requested for a manicure and pedicure before a massage eh pauwi na sila. But i informed them beforehand but nobody said no to my request.

The best place to relax. Only in kalibo... staffs are so friendly with expertise in massage, nails and facials. The place is clean and well maintain.
