Tour driver was great and very courteous when he met my fiancé and I at the airport. We waited no more than 10 minutes to be greeted with a genuine smile, on the day of the tour he was early and waited for us to finish our breakfast. Followed by a very informative hands on tour, the service is so good that when we walked down chocolate hills in a downpour he ran up to us with umbrellas. Cheers to the considerate awesome driver! ☺️

This company provides the most terrible and low-quality services!!! After the destination of Boracay island by ferry, we waited 40 minutes for the transfer to the hotel. Transfer, which we paid in advance! Many people were tired of waiting, and they had to take a taxi. I think they deliberately make you wait so long that guests take the taxi and get yourself. Of the workers, no one responded to the guests' questions, why did we wait so long. You are ignoring your clients. I will write a review about company's low-quality work on all possible sites and will never advise my friends and acquaintances.

Second time in Boracay and we were trying to compute if availing their service would be a better deal than the regular transpo. For a 50-peso difference we agreed to try the 500 package and we were never disappointed. From airport to our hotel their service is great. The good thing about it is that there are no lines that you need to go through and their staff are very prompt to assist us. The speed boat too is fast and was an enjoyable and not an uncomfy ride. We were also comfortable riding their vans and bus as if we booked a first class service. No complain here, just pure praise! Good job Southwest! Definitely recommended and will avail your service again.

So i booked a collection at my hotel and unfortunately they never got my booking due to typhoon disruptions. I managed to get to the jetty on my own and they immediately refunded me the tricycle fair and got me on time to Caticlan airport

We made a reservation for door to door - Boracay to Kalibo, the shuttle was schedule for 4AM and arrived just in time. someone from the company welcome us when we arrived to the both ports, we had some doubts how it work in such early hour but it was good feeling to know they really take care of you. Good worth for the money
