My 6 cubic refrigerator is really good, we bought this thru credut card if my fiancee..and its a almost a yr now..the staff was so accomodating..

Business owner bought 300,000 pesos worth of merchandise for business. No compimentary gift offered thou on display all over store. Lost remote to AC and asked for replacement since June 2017. Back to get other things, only get one excuse after other. Seems they know they have monopoly now and don't value loyal customer. Not buying any more. Hope rumored SM to be built will put this store out of business.

Having problem with refrigerator door, won't stay close, talked to Brenda who claims to be the manager last Aug 24 again sept 6 to date still no phone call/show from service guy. Is this what store says as excellent service?

I'm not happy on their service until now my gas range is not fix !!! I reported that my gas range is not In a good condition 2 weeks ago but until now they never come to fix the problem 😡😡😡 I think they should make a little time to fix what their customer complains.
