Customer service is Superb. I celebrated my birthday here and they made sure I get the best deal from the menu. The atmosphere of the place is on point. I love the retro-themed restaurant. Fast service even if it's a sit-down restaurant.

My visit at Shakey's wasn't that great as it usually have been in the past months. This visit was slow in getting my order to my tablet. When i received my pizza it was time for me to go. My salad that I order was still not available until it time for me ask where is my food please. I am a regular their at this location. The hostess are very friendly & always smiling with a good attitude. Just lately my orders haven't been to my requested order. Even after i have listened to them telling my order it hasn't been corrected the last few visited. This restaurant location get fill very fast on days of payday for family or friends. Seating is very limited depending what time you get there to eat. Parking is very limited due to CSI customer parking. It best to take a motorcycle or taxi trikecycle.
