Hungry and tired from the 3-hour drive from Pangasinan, we decided to eat at a familiar-looking resto chain located on a main road. But the typical Chowking fast, correct and reliable service, and clean comfort room were not available at this branch. Our 5 orders of siopao lacked 1 and were not even warm, and were served only after more than 20 minutes. The glasses of pineapple juice were more than half full of ice cubes. And the bathroom sink was clogged and full of used water. They better improve their service and cleanliness, to optimize the benefits of this centrally located branch.
