San Mateo Animal Clinic

I’ve just been in this clinic today (Jan 4, 2021) and I must say that from the very start that I set foot on this clinic I didn’t feel welcome at all. They didn’t even ask me what I came there for...maybe because our puppies are mixed breeds (askal). I have to approach her instead even though there is no queu at that time. I asked for a general check up because it is their first time to go to a vet clinic. Of course we have a lot of questions but the vet is not very entertaining and even have to answer with a sigh when I asked a question twice when I didn’t get what she says for the first time (because of the mask and shield). I didn’t get any diagnosis at all from her. She won’t even hold our pets to check them (only her assistant did so). All in all I do not recommend this clinic at all. And wouldn’t be going back there ever. I feel that they don’t have any care for my puppies.

The Vet.is accomodating to customers and will treat your sick pet. She gives proper diagnosis and advice about nature of illness of your pet
