Worst Emergency Vet Clinic. From 5 stars to 1 STAR REAL QUICK. We're a regular client for almost a year now. OUR DOG HAS AN EMERGENCY CASE TODAY. NO ONE TRIED TO HELP US EVEN IF THEY KNOW US. MONEY IS THE ONLY THING THEY WILL ACCOMMODATE HERE. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR FUR BABIES

Although this is my first time giving reviews I would like to extend a thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the staff have done for us from my family. They are professionals and they have a raliable and responsive team,they are also versed in peer to peer communication and understands the feelings of the owners. Thats all I could truthfully say. Excellent services! They treat your pets as their own and they really take good care of them. Also, very accomodating staff.

My foreign friend's cat was brought here for neutering and the clinic was so careless that the cat got infection during the process because of their filthy equipments apparently. The cat died right after and they still charged a 20k fee and instead blamed the owner for what happened.

The boss had a bad attitude and said he had no knowledge of the pet's death and had nothing to do with him. Push all the faults to the guests. Untrustworthy pet hospital. And it is not a 24H hospital.里面特别脏.marumi
