A bit forceful on my pet dog when they do the skin test

I tried their mobile pet grooming services last week because I have 6 dogs that needed grooming. I changed my mind even before the first two were done. Almost a week since then and my dogs are still traumatized. One of them is right now on oral and topical antibiotics because of the razor cuts he suffered. He is scared and depressed and sits in corners. If you treat your pets as family, do not allow the groomers from this place to groom your pets.
