PVM Trading

The other staff were accommodating but the experience was 3/5 because after we paid the reservation fee for their item and we were ready to take it home after a few days. We were informed that the chosen item has damages so we cannot buy it anymore. We appreciated that they informed us ahead but they were suggesting to choose another item to buy and not given a chance to reconsider or just give back the fee because of the unavailability of our original choice. Nevertheless, we just picked another item from them so everything could be done with.
