We took two kittens here and the mom to be seen. The one kitten had a URI, that is very clear as the kitten could not open the eyes in the morning, was lethargic, sometimes sneezing, and overall not doing too well. I was overseas at the time and even saw the pictures of the cat and kittens. The doctor (female approximately 30-35 years of age) did not even give an antibiotic for the one kitten for an obvious URI and instead gave a vitamin shot. Really, I do massive cat rescue and TNVR work and this was a poor decision and one that shocked me after I saw photos of the kitten. Clavamox or Amoxicillin would have been appropriate in this case. The staff was nice, no issues and the doctor was nice too, however we will not go back here. I have dealt with cats in many countries even running a medical clinic in Thailand for free for dogs and cats and in America I run a massive TNVR operation. This particular kitten absolutely should not have went in and left after it was conveyed that the cat could not even open its eyes in the morning due to being too dry, and exhibiting a myriad of symptoms correlating with a URI. I can tell you that cat should have had at a bare minimum an antibiotic and an either lubricant or Terramycin as the kitten's immune system is fragile. RESPECTFULLY, based on the aforementioned experience, we are seeking a different vet to deal with. When I heard this news and saw the picture of the kitten taken the same day it went to the doctors, I was able to articulate a dose of a human antibiotic that was feline friendly 5mg, 2X a day for 10 days and the kitten is doing great this far as I was shocked this cat did not receive an antibiotic for his symptoms. I am not a DVM, albeit based on the cat rescue work I do and decades of animal shelter work, this should have been handled differently. Again staff was VERY NICE as was the doctor, but respectfully not happy this cat came back without an antibiotic in this specific instance.

The staff was accommodating and my pet was well groomed. They also have 20% off.
