This pace just seems to do everything right. From making Pastry products to employing thousands of local people , contributing to local charity plus exporting products all over the world and along the way helping the Philippines economy and people. La Rose Noire are a real credit to the Owners, Managements and Staff. They are setting a fine example for foreign companies doing business in the Philippines. Keep up the great work La Rose Noire. I'm sure we all appreciate it despite not voicing it. Thank you so much.

One of the best smelling receptions I've ever been, and also tasty pastries. Good office location within the Clark Freeport Zone, ample parking, friendly people and a great atmosphere. Nice visiting this work place!

Base on what I heared, they were not pro employee. 2 wks newly hired agents who got LBM were sent to home and given by the nurse "Not fit to work" when no medicine or first aid given.. Then they would ask for medical certificate 🤔 from a newbie that have not signed any contract.... Shifting were very bad too and supervisors are sometimes inconsiderate..

Weeks of processing application. Too long!

I hope the Top Management of this company would know what the supervisors are doing with the schedules of their subordinates! The lazy supervisors have their favorites and are only giving good schedules on those people they like. BAD! BAD! BAD! Please avoid applying in this company!
