Fix Bench

i came to the botique 430 pm they said no ones available.. they mentioned that 7 pm so i agreed.. past 7 na wala padin this already happened twice at least set proper expectations sa customer nyo

I am extremely disappointed. Your staff are way less enthusiastic. It is indeed a very busy Friday. I went in, hoping to get a haircut here, was not welcome at all. The ones wearing purple uniforms just looked at me then ignored me. Given the benefit of the doubt, maybe they thought I am just a companion of one of their customers like the other 2 guys there. But I was near the reception area. The aforementioned guys even gave me a concerned look. As if they want to call the attention of whoever the receptionist was. So finally, that snubbish receptionist sporting a square-cut shoulder length hair showed up. She just gave me a raise in the eyebrow -a gesture as if she’s asking “what do you want?”. I asked how much is the haircut. She said 250. I said okay. She said 30-45 minutes waiting time while she shrugged the log book in front of me so I can write my name. I definitely felt I am not a customer. Worse, I felt discriminated of some sort. I got pissed off, I walked away, heart broken. I went to neigboring David’s Salon, feeling down and anxious I might get the same treatment but NO. I felt welcomed. They have excellent customer service. All the staff at David’s Salon who assisted me are very accommodating. I went out from being pissed off/heart broken to being happy. I don’t recommend Bench Fix Salon for having RUDE staff. Go to David’s Salon. The unfortunate experience with Bench Fix Salon happened Friday, 20th of April around 4:30-5:00PM. The receptionist was wearing a white shirt with if not blue, a green horizontal stripes.

Very poor customer service. The gay hairstylist is not accomodating and havent got the haircut I want

Damibko thats a bad comment but for me it makes me feel super satisfied and very gentle and sweet! beautiful haircut here worth it!
