Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Medical Center-Clark

When we were admitted, the room was not clean. There's rotten apple and used tissues in the cabinet. There is also a used face shield left in the room which only means they did not sanitize and clean the room well. The food is also disgusting, considering they charge you 3000 or more a day for the room.

I was just at the hospital this morning for a VES exam and found the people to be pleasant. The hospital was clean and I waited less than 15 minutes to see the doctor.

Horrible!!! Their HMO doctors are not around during Sundays so they want me to pay in cash instead. If there would be a rate below 1 star i probably choose that.

Slow response at the ER. Slow medical assistance, like they're not ready for emergencies! Slow and rude medical personnel! If you were in an accident, you wouldn't want to be brought here! You will die waiting for Medical Assistance & Care because they don't care!!! May redeeming factor naman pala ang babait ng mga duty nurses and midwives sa 3rd Floor, Dacal Salamat for being nice and your good Nursing Care to my Dad. Sana wag lang kami mahimatay sa Hospital Bill pag discharge na si Daddy.

Sobrang bagal ng service. There's only 2 of us patients in the ER and it took 2 hrs. The staff are not that efficient. Pano pa kung maraming patients-they would lose their Patience
