The Medical City Clark - Hospital

This is a great hospital! Fast service! The facility is up to par with Kaiser and US Military Hospitals. Thank you TMC Clark for taking of me and my fellow US Veterans! TMC Clark accepts TRICARE and will bill the USVA Foreign Medical Program (FMP) directly. I used to go to TMC Ortigas since I'm from Quezon City but I opt to drive to TMC Clark because of their VERY FAST SERVICE at the ER!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO MY FELLOW US VETERANS!!!

Desperate to go to the bathroom,did not allow me to go inside .They sent me in the stinky bathroom outside. I complained I waited for the bathroom to be cleaned,it’s over an hour, my bladder was ready to burst. This supervisor Manuel Limen, was so rude argue with me instead of helping me get the bathroom cleaned. Such a bad experienced for a travel COVID test,charged me 5,000 pesos and not providing clean bathroom specially in this pandemic. Go somewhere. No to this hospital.

Just spent a week in TMC Clark, great care, great People and the food was not to bad.

Check your bill. Overcharging experienced at this hospital. Was asked to pay miscellaneous fee in cash then i found out that they also charged it to my HMO. Please be honest with your dealings I was placed in a covid ward and underwent 2 swab results just to be cleared. As patient in covid ward you would have to pay for EVERYTHING they used like lab gown etc. Had to pay 200k for 8 days confinement due to a dengue case

It's not really a hospital. Seems like Philippines trying to keep the old Clark hospital going through mostly nurses, nurses aids, assistants, low level staff. We were there and it took 7 hours to seen in the emergency room. We were seen by a nurse only. There was never a doctor anywhere. There are no hospital rooms upstairs. Just offices.. mostly empty. No soap, no toliet paper, no paper towels, no masks, no sanitizer, no gloves.
