Good = is that are a lot of good items at good prices. Bad= hard to find the items as they are not organized correctly . However over all good

*READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY* We brought a 15kva generator from here. When it came most of the words were spelt wrong. Now that should flag up warnings signs right! Next we were told Free installation, then when we brought it they tried to say it’s 18k for installation. Lucky we had many witnesses so they had to fit for free. This still took them 3 weeks to fit. Plus we had to supply all the materials for the fitting. The Generator is advertised as Silent, it’s far from silent. First night we had a 30 minute brown out, all the neighbours complained about how noisy it was. When I contact them they said ‘You know it’s what happens with cloned generator’ Basically meaning they have just copied a good Make and not copied it very well. So make sure you shop around and don’t buy a generator from these unless you want problems. Customer service is also not very good ***UPDATE 10/21/18*** Reported and issue where the generator over chanted the battery and blows the battery, it’s done this 3 times. They admitted it’s their problem but have said we must wait 2 months for a spare part, 2 months is a joke..DONT BUT FROM THESE COWBOYS....
