The place is practicing health protocols for all its guests. Staff are all accommodating and sure they've been trained to be polite to all people. Food is also good, especially the breakfast buffet. There are also water activities that you can try. Overall, this is more than 5 stars.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Food is good and the staff are accommodating. Went here during Halloween and their festivities were quite fun. It's a nice place to relax. Would definitely go back!

The staff and accommodation is really good but they need improvement on handling larger amount of guests since the shuttle service is limited. The place is a bit disorienting at first but this is good for exploring the area. The structures inside the resort tried to imitate a tropical Bali with some materials that are not real wood. Overall still a good place to relax, and spaces are well designed for a luxury experience in a rural area that has a potential to be a tourist spot.

We expected more because of the price that we paid. For a family of 5 i paid 38k for 2 nights , i choose the executive villas, because of the description in you website that it is overlooking the dam, but sad to say there is no overlooking instead of a jungle. Their ao no privacy between the clusters of the executive villas they are located in one hallway without division , you can hear the sounds of the next room (kids are crying and playing at 6am) feels like you are staying in one house with 2 different room side to side. Food- the food are pricey , my son ordered burger at 722 pesos, but he was not able to eat because he said it was not good.but the halo halo is good. Food like chips and chocolates are not allowed inside the place but they don't have much to offer. Staffs are really kind and accommodating. At least we experience the place but we will never go back and i will warn may friends who wants to visit that they should not expect more....
