They have a nice big clear window in the customer lounge area for you to see the employees while they're doing something with your car. There's also a TV there so you can watch while waiting.

I went to Honda Santa Rosa NE today 7/28/18.. I ordered a part in the beginning of the week. I have no complaint about the ordering . The part came on time . The install was no problem . The time I came in was 9:45am.. I wanted to get my gas release lever “cable “ replaced .. really simple .. my car went in to the service area at 10:00am and was finished at 10:40am.. they charged me 2 hours of labor at cost P720 .. I ask why I was charged and they said they needed 2 Mechanics To do a simple cable for a gas door .. .. I believe I was taken advantage Of because I am English speaking Filipino .. the work is done correctly , the workers are nice.. but they over price on the labor work.. getting OEM parts from Santa Rosa Honda is ok and I recommend Getting your parts for your Honda car .. but if possible please look else where for labor .. the work they did was fine.. but like I said the labor fee cost is to high , they charged me 2 hours for a 40min install.. I am not happy with that .. I will still order parts from there if need be , but I will look else where for labor , some where honest ..
