You need to take a minivan or jeepney (50 pesos) to Morong Proper, then a tricycle ($125 pesos) to BTPI Gate 2. Walk to the wooden draw bridge and into the village next to the Kanawan elementary school and then ask for a guide (300-500 pesos) to walk you to Kairuken Falls. Worth the trip. The first hour is a huge uphill climb so take 2 large bottled waters with you. Id also recommend to pack rock climbing shoes if you like rock climbing. The waterfalls has great climbing holds - just dont fall ;) Its about a total of 3 hours to hike from the elementary school to the waterfall and come back. One hour minivan ride if youre coming from Olongopo.

We found the hike more challenging than expected, but that was our fault. We packed in way too much, and too heavy, but will definitely do it again.

An enchanting place where you cold water and relaxing sound can calm your spirit. One of the most visited place in Morong, Bataan.

2/9 trekking trail. A bit hot during afternoon hike and less humidity of air. But very shady due to the bountiful trees and its green leaves. Rocky trail and slippery muddy during rainy weather. With 1 river and 5 lake to be crossed in. A crystal clear drinkable water source on the main kairukan water falls. And I personally advice to bring a portable filter if your not adaptable to fresh water source. Soooo..COLD Water!!! Could be foggy during day time, if you find to stay in for camping, this could be so cold during night time.
