I attended my cousin’s wedding reception at 12:30 pm. The electric power distributor company in our place announced that the power will be out weeks ago and at the day of the wedding, they already noticed in the morning that their generator is broken but they didn’t even care. They were able to borrow a generator at 2:30 pm but it only lasted for 30 minutes. Imaging preparing for a wedding for so long, only to be ruined. Hope Pan Resort have better management who knows how to assess and deal with risks.

Room was spacious and the shower was very good. The service was nice which included complementary breakfast for the few nights we were staying. Pool was nice and clean and had no issue. Definitely worth going.

Pros: Room has quite spacious.Aircon in the room is superb. We were allowed to extend a little but beyond checkout time. You can have complimentary slippers and toothbrush. Sound system us excellent in the cold function rooms. Waiters were very polite and accommodating. Cons: slippers and toothbrush were not in the room but you must request them. There are some flies inside and the room. The door could not be closed easily. Cable was not working under rainy day. Some crew was courteous but some doesn't bother to smile. Hot shower if not available will take a long time to flow in the shower and in the sink faucet. Overall its an okay hotel.
