7-Eleven

I m a regular customer in 7/11 . Last night. I've waited in the line for long time. And finally when it was my turn to pay.. they couldn't give me change . Most awkward was i had to leave my staffs in the cash counter and leave. Really annoyed me. 7/11 should keep changes . Returning customer means loosing customers loyalty. I m very much disappointed abt this incident.

No coffee, they want me to pay empty cup as if full. They offered plastic cup that can't bear hot water. Disgusting. All defective coffee machines left unattended.
