The hotel room is clean and huge. No hand towels in the bathroom. The hotel is very close to a mall. The only thing that bothers me are the front desk staff. They are not friendly or welcoming at all. I've stayed in this hotel plenty of times and the front desk staff have not shown any smiles. The elevator operators are friendly though. Anyway, my stay was good and the bed was comfortable. They need to have a comforter or a heavy blanket when it gets too cold in the room.

Airport transfer didn't turn up. No apologies or refund. Cockroaches in the room. Broken toilet and moved to another room. Breakfast was sub par. Lovely staff though.

While an older hotel, we found the room large, clean and comfortable. The bath was likewise quite clean. The location is ok, but it is on a busy street, so somewhat noisy. It was disappointing that the pool was closed for renovation. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate with freshly made omelets and choices of meat. Overall a satisfactory stay.

this review was in 2018. but im editing it because i am back this year, last month (Sept 2019). I just hope the carpets will be cleaned in the next months. been there several times but the looks of the carpet are still the same. kinda dusty. and the elevator availability was really bad. but the elevator ladies were very helpful.
