COVID means that all the shops, cafes, and restaurants in the hotel are closed. There's no room service either. Pool is closed too. Apart from the last one, all these wouldn't have been a big deal (thanks food delivery services) if the elevators weren't a bit too far from the lobby. If you frequently go back and forth your room and the lobby, you're in for a bit of a walk. The good part: location means that lots of retaurants and shops are within reach, both by foot and your food delivery app. Room is okay, nothing bad to say about the room. The garden is still open, although it's not maintained. Overall, if you don't mind the lack of room service (COVID-related), the distance of the elevators from the lobby, and the pool being closed, you should go and book this hotel 👍

I visited this hotel during our institutional outing. We dined here and the experience was so-so. We didn't experience their rooms though.

The hotel was under renovation while we were there. It shined as a high end hotel in its day, and will shine again when the renovations are done. Good location, friendly staff. We booked a family roomand it was good sized.

Hotel is nice. It has an outdoor area that is cool. I love the music in the bar at night. Breakfast is good.
