The employees are very accommodating despite the limited staffing. Architect Bonguyan and Engineer Matuguinas of the City City Engineers Office were very professional and service orientated to transact with.

The city hall has a nice view on the outside. Night view is amazing very nice view on Christmas season. I don't like the perimeter fence that consumes some of the roads that causes traffic. Police presence is heavily visible. I would recommend you to flash your phone around on this area.
