I called since 1pm no one answered. Eleven times I called no one picked up, so I left. I called again at about 2:45 pm I made three calls before someone answered. As far as I am forward in charge do not seem to lower the phone. So, I waited. Nagring, I know I'm connected to another line because the ring has changed. Then someone picked up the phone. I thought it was ok, but nothing. Just going down too. No hello, just go straight down. I was annoyed but I still dialed because I needed to. I turned on two dials before another voice answered. The saying "mam? What mam? It's easy mam ha" then lowered. End of call .... Ano ba naman yan ...

Giving 4 stars because their hotline number doesn't work. But they are replying on their facebook page.
