Somoso General Hospital

The medical workers and frontliners are friendly and accommodating, but I would like to address a minor issue that I think would make them a little better. This was at the triage, where patients or clients are first screened especially now that it's pandemic. I was requesting for an ultrasound in my abdomen region. Although there's nothing embarrassing about that, it caught my attention that the receptionist hastily made an audible remark "naku buntis man diay ni!" and that is not my case. Though the patients were scant that day, there were still people around, and what if it was a busy day and some people there who recognize a patient hears something like that? The receptionist, although he was not rude, he must have practiced a little bit of discretion and refrain from making remarks that might embarrass the patient. Besides, it's the doctor's job to assess the condition of the patient, not his. That's all, no ill faith in writing this but just sharing my experience. Nevertheless, it's still a wonderful hospital.
