The librarians are eager to help, although the facilities for research are not extensive. Many of the periodicals are current, but the archives only go back six months, though they may have clippings that go further back. I came a few minutes before an earthquake drill, and took this photo while the announcement was being made. A rare site for a normally quiet library. :)

They are accepting donations of old books. It can be found at the 3rd floor of the civil registrar building.
