nice hotel to stay in but no restaurant in the hotel itself

Had booked the deluxe suite, room number 10. In the pictures it says it well. Location to the street is not bad at first. BUT we have never slept so badly, if one can speak of sleep at all. And that was because this room had windows that cannot really be called windows. Rather, they were flaps that rested loosely and not fully on the frame. That is why the street noise, which does not get less all night, could be heard unfiltered in the room. You could have gone to the street with a mattress. The volume would be the same as in the hotel room. I would not sleep again in the family suite of the OYO 183 JRJF.
