Waterfront Insular Hotel

* Ordered from Cafe Uno through Food Panda. Two Greek Salads. The salads arrived with no Feta Cheese. Paid 295P each = 600P total. Food Panda said they will refund 150P. never did. Even said it was just missing the cheese. I guess they never had a Greek Salad before. This is why it costs 300P one salad, for the Feta Cheese. So I got ripped off for the most expensive box of vegetables in Davao. F. Messenger hotel Waterfront never got a response. * after responding to my complaint. I emailed Waterfront Insular Hotel ( Julius Vinuya, Guest Services Manager ). Asking how he will rectify this poor service? Keep you Google users posted. * 2/6/21 still no response from Waterfront Insular Hotel! * 2/18/21 still no response from Waterfront Insular Hotel!!

I love this hotel. It is quite old in comparison to other hotels in the city but i love the serenity, the scenery, and the greenery. The hotel is quite distant from the highway so you will be excused from the bustling sounds of cars. I like the green grasses and the cocomut trees surrounding the area. The rooms and other amenities such as the pool are well maintained. I also like that the room has a terrace. The rooms are quite distant from the lobby so if you are with your toddler children, and with bags, it is best advised that you ask assistance from their staff, such in my case. The area is quite big, with a basketball court in the middle of the property. They also have function halls which can cater to a big number of visitors. Their restroom near the function halls is very beautiful. They have a lot of food selection in case you booked for a breakfast buffet. You can also ask for their assistance should you request for a cab/ taxi. This place is really nice and beautiful.

We got an executive room during our stay because the deluxe rooms are full booked. The dinner and breakfast buffet was good. Highly recommended.

I have always loved waterfront hotels until today, the rooms seemed old maybe I got the bad one this time... but they still maintained that quality service I loved... the employees are courteous and very helpful... they serve good coffee by the way

It's was really so beautiful view I really enjoyed 🤩 along with friends and enjoyed the beauty 😍 really loved it.
