Expectedly the hotel is quiet old and needs a thorough maintenance. I saw roaches around. The restroom does not have a bidet, no hot and cold water. WiFi is not working which according to front desk it was because of the typhoon. The on duty person is kind enough to transfer me to another room since no cable network is also present in my assigned room. And may I mentioned that they need to replace their TV sets as it is very old also. Generally okay naman. Just really needs to up keep the facade, hallways and amenities.

So difficult to sleep because the neighbors and what I suspect to be the staff talk very loudly at the hallways. Woke up in the middle of the night because of a loud ringtone. I've had better courtesy in backpacker hostels.

This hotel is very convenient. Walking distance to one of Davao prestigious hospital and located at the heart of the city. Food resto around the hotel, a pharmacy too. Just walking distance to Bangkerohan to buy fresh durian, mangosteen, pomeho and Lanzones... The staff are accommodating. Complimentary breakfast is available from 7 am earlier you must request.
