Let me elaborate on the reasons why I am giving them a 1-star review. 1. Booking Process = The people working in their reservation office needed more practice in terms of communicating with their customers. If someone sends you an email and asks you to confirm if you received the email, you simply have to confirm just so, the other party will not be worried if the email was received or not. 2. Transportation = Included in the entrance fee is the use of the shuttle. Given that fact that all of the guests going in there (because of the pandemic) did a reservation, they should have organized their list and should have scheduled the ride with their guests. We waited a very long time before the shuttle arrived. And since there were many many guests who wanted to use it, we have to wait for our turn standing in there in the scorching heat of the sun. Also, they only have 1 driver and 1 shuttle going back and forth. 3. Well, according to the ITAF guidelines, resorts are allowed to operate with 50% maximum capacity. I do not know for sure, how much that is, but during that time, there were absolutely a lot of people, making it seemed like there's no pandemic at all. Madami talagang tao! The guidelines were in place so we can enjoy going to the beach despite of this pandemic going on. I udnerstand they might be eager to cover their loses but still, it is for the safety of everybody. I hope this can be checked. Overall, the experience was not good. I hope some points will be looked at for a better experience for your upcoming guests. Thank you!

Love the place a lot. It's quiet and very relaxing with beach fronts and a very nice swimming pool. My family loved it and hopefully would be back soon. Entrance fee to the resort is reasonably price.

the place was amazing i didnt book a room but cavanico is wonderful 😊 the shuttle is cool the designs are cool the food were great
