Great place.... Clean rooms...

Had a great stay here with my colleagues. I love the veranda where you can do your work and it has good views of the place. They have accommodating and cooperative staff. The location is convenient to store, restaurants, and commuting. They served also breakfast. It's better to order the night before you sleep so that the next morning it is ready to serve. If you order during the breakfast time, you have to wait at least 25 mins according to the staff. The hotel is near to Gaisano Mall Panabo.

The customer service at the front desk was awful, we were advised first of “dont’s” as soon as we checked in.

Not so perfect 3 star hotel but the staffs are very accommodating.
