Always crowded, many cashier stations but only few cashiers actually occupy them. Always long queues. I sometimes experience dishonest employees in the baggage section, who once returned only 2 shopping bags instead of 3 though there's only 1 customer depositor per number and it's easy to see the contents of the cubicle. If I didn't tell him right away that I had 1 more shopping bag missing, he wouldn't even return it and pretended as if I only entrusted to him 2 shopping bags. Though it was really obvious there was one more bag in that cubicle solely for my deposit number! Another thing is that sometimes there are disrespectful and UNETHICAL members of the security team. One time they had a lady guard who checked my bag at exit but did not check others and made accusative remarks that I stole something though she has found NONE and other customers were turning their heads. Also, another lady guard at the entrance made fun of me when I corrected her because she was about to give my ID to another. I was flustered that time, so I said to her "that's mine!". And she laughed hysterically and made fun of me just because I used an English phrase as if she has never used English before! She even sarcastically replied "sige lang kay tiruhon na ka". Is that proper customer service? She's lucky I took that as a joke. What if she did that to someone who has a high rank and was just simply dressing up plainly? Please improve customer service, you could have been a good shopping center!

It has a parking lot. It has many items to offer. Enjoy shopping.

prices are low. its just that sometimes it gets confusing because the same type of item (grocery) is displayed at 2 different alleys.

This rating is for the Food House. They don't have a system to follow so they lack of organization and you need constant follow up for the food. FOOD IS DELICIOUS! But the preparation time is too much even if we were only three table at that time. Employees were yelling to each other like they are in their houses. Food is delicious but needs work.
