I went to municipal hall for some errand but At 12nn unfortunately I suddenly felt dizziness so I decided to consult their clinic immediately. But, how can a government agency says "no noon break" when they don't mean it? I asked for the employees attention but one of them just said wait until they finished eating. Obviously they're eating in a long table. Is this what the government paying for?
