I went to municipal hall for some errand but At 12nn unfortunately I suddenly felt dizziness so I decided to consult their clinic immediately. But, how can a government agency says "no noon break" when they don't mean it? I asked for the employees attention but one of them just said wait until they finished eating. Obviously they're eating in a long table. Is this what the government paying for? Is this what "we citizen" paid for?

This place is good and the people around here are kind, especially the government employees they are very approachable.
