Any chemical treatments done are logged to keep track of what was successful and what didn't work out as well as you had liked. It keeps record of colour codes and mix that works for your hair. They would have also warned you about the risks for your hair with chemical straightening. Many will try to get you back to a healthy hair condition and style that you like. The only thing not recommended for chemical straightening is swimming because you are exposed to chemicals in the water. Do not undertake any more chemical treatments for at least 2 weeks.
