Very nice tour operator! We been searching for a travel agency in Bicol through internet, some of them gave us good price and also there's one tour operator name after the place but very expensive, good that we decided to book with Whaleshark Adventure & Tours but at first we were hesitant to book because of the blog against them of an Australian Guy. We asked Ruby about it since we were having exchange emails, She forwarded to me her conversation with Australian guy (Michael Madden) and I found it that it was not their fault instead this guy and his girlfriend are looking for an aquarium to see the whaleshark (guarantee) which I think a foolishness idea and because of their frustration of not seeing the whaleshark they make a blog against this travel agency...so my group decided to book with them. Our group have a good experience in Donsol as well as the diving... so professional staff, very caring and very informative... Thank you Ruby for training your staff very well. We saw whaleshark although unfortunately didn't see Manta rays but San Miguel island dive sites are very nice and it was so beautiful a lot of soft coral and colorful.... At the end of our day in Donsol, we received freebies from them, which makes our group so happy. Thank you Whaleshark Adventure & Tours for making our holiday so memorable definitely we will recommend you to our friends...
