I purchased a MG RX5 Alpha from Greenhills MG last week. They had very limited inventory and had to settle for a vehicle I really didn’t want. They were very slow on preparing the vehicle and had to pay them before the vehicle was ready. When I did receive the vehicle they had not properly cleaned the windshield before installing the tint. When I contacted the dealership about the problem I was told it was an extra and they would do nothing about it. I’m composing a letter to the board of directors at the parent company in China to let them know why there car company in the Philippines is not doing well and how their dealership performance is after the sale. I hope this letter gets published every where.

My experience here is very frustrating because since I bought my MG Alpha in July 26, they have failed to produce the OR/CR of the vehicle to this day. So the car is just squatting on a borrowed parking area in our office basement. Today, the waiting time is now running 60 days and I am unable to use the vehicle. Philadephia Business Initiatives should do extraordinary measures to fast track the issuance of the OR/CR lest this case be elevated to the Department of Trade and Industry.

There are many things not to like: showroom is dark even at daytime, showroom is also kinda small, not enough space for customers to just lounge and check out the cars on their own, not many parking slots, small customer lounge for those servicing their cars. There are also many things to like: the cars for one, and the cars, too. The staff are by and large, very courteous and amiable, always greeting you good day with a smile.

The guard was helpful & courteous. There was ample parking space. The customer waiting area was comfortable, well-lit, has cable TV, but the air conditioning was somewhat warm. Very helpful & friendly service staff. Thanks.
